  • A five week mindfulness meditation course on Zoom. We will meet once a week for 60 minutes. You will receive weekly impulses to establish a mindfulness practice.

  • Career shift package

    12 sessions 1:1 on Zoom, if additional sessions are needed they can be booked separately.

  • We meet weekly or every two weeks on Zoom and work together using a digital tool. Between our sessions, you’ll receive homework assignments.

    I also offer sessions on weekends.

    I like to schedule all sessions right from the start. This helps us stay in the flow, work consistently on the process, and build positive momentum. Since this is an intensive journey, regular commitment and staying on track are key to making real progress.
